S.T.A.R.R. Team is a support team.  We offer official agencies with trained man power, equipment and internally certified working canines that can assist in search efforts for the lost and the missing.  S.T.A.R.R. will not respond to any scene
without an official agency's (federal, state, or local) request for our support.  That agency will either need to be at the search area or have made prior contact with a representative of S.T.A.R.R. to say that they will  not be on the scene and that we have permission to be on the scene, whether public or private property.

S.T.A.R.R. can respond within the state of South Carolina in a short period of time.  We are available to respond in other states in the US.
